A plan sets the size of the school and the modules it opens. It does not change how your records are kept, or what you can do with them.
Your school gets its own database, not a shared table with a school column beside each row. Your records are never mixed with anyone else's.
Every parent gets their own sign-in showing only their own children: attendance, marks, fees, homework and notices, on the phone they own.
Take a copy of your school's data whenever you want it. They are your records, and you do not need anyone's permission to keep a copy.
Who changed what, and when. A cancelled receipt or an edited mark leaves a record, so the office answers with a page instead of an argument.
Staff and parents sign in at an address that belongs to your school, carrying your school's name and logo rather than a supplier's.
Fees are kept in the currency your school charges in, and dates and times follow your own time zone. Nothing assumes you are somewhere else.
Nothing is due during them. At the end you either agree a plan with us or you do not, and that is the whole decision. There is no contract running in the background waiting to renew itself.
If you walk away, download your backup and take your records with you. Nothing is held back to make leaving awkward.
Tell us and we move you up. Because your school already has a database of its own, changing plan changes what is open to you, not where your data lives. Nothing is reinstalled and nothing is typed in again.
The same is true the other way. A plan is a size, not a sentence.
The one you pay in. Prices are set for each currency on its own, not converted from another at the day's rate, so a quote is written in the currency your school's accounts are kept in.
